Refund policy

Exchanges are available within 7 days under the same conditions. If the size or color you want is in stock, we’ll process it once the item is inspected.

Damaged Items:-

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items:-

Items without their original ticket/tag or items showing wear, washing, or damage not caused by Upper Eyes.
